Pet Policy
Storybook Ranch is a pet-friendly community, and we’d love to welcome your furry companions home! We allow up to two pets per apartment (dogs and cats), with a maximum weight of 100 lbs per pet. A $400 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent apply. Please note that breed restrictions apply, including (but not limited to) Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chow-Chows, Akitas, Siberian Huskies, Presa Canarios, and Wolf Hybrids.
